D.O PENEDÉS| 100% MERLOT | BIODYNAMIC
Can Ràfols dels Caus Winery, founded in 1979 in the Penedès designation of origin, stands out as a reference point. In 1990, they introduced the inaugural vintage of Caus Lubis 2004, a single varietal Merlot wine made crafted from old vines. The winery presently dedicated to biodynamic viticulture, is renowned in Europe for its uniqueness in producing different wines in the same region.
D.O PENEDÉS| 100% CABERNET SAUVIGNON | ORGANIC
Produced in exceptional vintages, this limited-production grand reserve comes from the Vinya La Scala vineyard, a small plot of 8 hectares planted in 1963. Regarded as the first wine primarily made with the Cabernet Sauvignon variety in Spain, its name pays tribute to the restaurant founded by Jean Leon in Beverly Hills during the golden Hollywood era. It was also the official wine at the inauguration of Ronald Reagan in the White House.
D.O EMPORDÀ | 55% CABERNET SAUVIGNON, 45% CARIGNAN | ORGANIC
The project "La Vinyeta" was founded by Josep Serra and Marta Pedra in Mollet de Peralada in 2002, when they were students of agronomic engineering. They started by acquiring vineyards of Grenache and Carignan, and in 2006, they solidifield the project with the construction of the winery. Their wine "Puntiapart" is a blend of Carignan and Cabernet Sauvignon from old vines. The label, which changes every year, pays homage to the agricultural world, especially to the figure of the farmer.

Edetària is exclusively dedicated to crafting wines from its vineyards, primarily old vines cultivated in five different terroirs. This exceptional white is made from the finest white Grenache vines, over 60 years old and organically cultivated in the Terra Alta Designation of Origin (DO), where the honeycomb soil contributes distinctive mineral character and finesse.
D.O TERRA ALTA | 50% CARIÑENA, 50% HAIRY GRENACHE | ORGANIC
Loebre pays homage to the river, the land, and the people who played a crucial role in the great Battle of the Ebro, reflecting the suffering and toughness of those days of fighting against the current and austerity. From an oenological perspective, the wines of memory seek to recover and dignify the tradition of Mediterranean wines by revitalizing practices such as short maceration and aging in large chestnut wood casks.
PÓLVORA
D.O CONCA DE BARBERÀ | 100% TREPAT | ORGANIC
Pólvora originates from a trepat vineyard situated between the Serra de Prades and the town of Montblanc and an old farmhouse that served as a temporary shelter for soldiers. This project, Vins de la Memòria, is the realized dream of Xavi Nolla, who, inspired by his grandfather's experience during the Spanish Civil War, crafts wines in homage to those who lived through that period. Pólvora, named after the constant bombings in the area during the war, is born in the same fields where the Battle of the Ebro took place.
